The app provides the following services:

Vehicle Towing and Recovery

Vehicle Inspection

Car Wash

Battery Replacement

Tire Services

Emergency Fuel Delivery

All services are available within the United Arab Emirates only.

3. User Responsibility

The user agrees to:

Enter accurate information

Pay the applicable fees

Be present at the location of the request at the time of service delivery

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices may vary depending on location and service type.

The price is displayed before order confirmation.

The order is only confirmed after payment or acceptance of the approved payment method.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

The order can be canceled before the service provider departs without charge.

If the service provider departs, a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds are processed according to the applicable payment policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any prior vehicle malfunctions.

The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties other than those expressly stipulated by law.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (accidents, weather, government decisions).

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
